Educational assistance for students struggling with a specific subject
Furniture, non-hazardous materials & debris, etc.
Used in all long term benevolence cases, this service is also available to other CPC members with financial management challenges
Carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting & masonry
This is not legal representation, but rather a source for insight and answers to basic questions on legal situations and the system
Christ Presbyterian Church follows the presbyterian form of government in which our elected officers are responsible for ruling over the ministries and operations of the church. Participate by nominating those men of God you feel most closely meet the qualifications as stated in (see below) I Timothy 3:1-7, Titus 1:6-9, I Thess. 5:12-13 and I Peter 5:1-3: We believe that a man is called by God to serve the Church as an officer in administrative responsibilities as a Deacon. Each officer serves on one or more committee within a Ministry Team to administer or supervise all operations, property, finances, and ministries of the Church. “An elder must be blameless ... an overseer is entrusted with God’s work, ... not overbearing, not quick tempered, not given to drunkenness, not violent, not pursuing dishonest gain. ...one who loves what is good, who is self-controlled, upright, holy and disciplined. ... hold firmly to the trustworthy message as it has been taught, so that he can encourage others by sound doctrine and refute those who oppose it.” “...respect those who work hard among you, who are over you in the Lord and who admonish you.
