Nashville Spring

POSTED: THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 5, 2026 AT NOON

As recovery efforts from the winter storm continue, please direct any emergency needs to our Care team.

POSTED: SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 1, 2026 AT 8:00 A.M.

Please be advised: Music Row will host worship in Harambe Auditorium at the Scarritt Bennett campus to ensure a warm experience, and childcare will be limited to blue and green room (birth through 2-years-old). Of course, we always love having our kids in the worship service and will make all the necessary accommodations for family worship.

We’re beyond grateful and excited to share some good news and announce that all church campuses (Old Hickory Blvd, Cool Springs, and Music Row) will reopen and host in-person worship and programming on Sunday, February 1st!

OHB (9 a.m.), Cool Springs (8:30 & 10:30 a.m.), and Music Row (9:30 a.m.) will host worship and all Sunday morning programming, groups, and classes for all ages (including Kids, Youth, and Special Needs) at their regularly-scheduled times.

If you are able to join us, we would love to see you. And if circumstances make it wiser to stay home, please know you are no less a part of this body—we will continue to walk together in prayer and care. As always, we will be live-streaming an online worship experience that you can watch via christpres.org/live.

We look forward to worshiping the Lord with you this Sunday.

If you are in need of help of any kind during this winter storm, we would like to know how we can serve you. Likewise, if you're able to help serve, let us know. Learn more here. Or, you can text keyword NEED to 30413.

The OHB Men's Pancake Breakfast on Saturday, Jan. 31 at 8 a.m. will proceed as planned—with the addition of a new serving option to help others in need.

We will continue to keep close tabs on local weather. If any changes need to be made to weekday programming, we’ll communicate it here on this page: christpres.org/news.

POSTED: SATURDAY, JANUARY 24, 2026 AT 11:30 A.M.

All in-person worship services and programs on Sunday, January 25, 2026, are canceled at our three campuses due to ongoing winter weather conditions, including freezing temperatures, snow, and expected freezing rain that make travel and campus access unsafe. Instead, we encourage everyone to join us in worship online via livestream at our usual service times for Old Hickory Boulevard (9:00 a.m.), Cool Springs (8:30 a.m.), and Music Row (9:30 a.m.). Thank you for your understanding and for caring for one another well. Even when we are not physically together, we remain united in worship, prayer, and the hope we share in Christ. Full Details Here.

You can also access the Sunday morning online livestream worship service premiere videos on our respective campus YouTube channels:

We are closely monitoring the developing winter weather and its potential impact on in-person worship and programs this Sunday across all three Christ Presbyterian Church campuses. Out of an abundance of caution, our leadership team is actively evaluating forecasted snow, freezing rain, and hazardous conditions—particularly as they relate to safe access to our facilities—and will make a final decision no later than noon on Saturday. Click here to read the full update, including how we’ll communicate next steps and plans for livestream-only worship if needed.

POSTED: SATURDAY, JANUARY 11, 2025 AT NOON

We are excited to gather for worship this Sunday, January 12, across all three campuses! Despite the challenges of this week’s snowstorm, our facilities teams have been hard at work clearing parking lots and sidewalks to maximize safety for everyone. Adjusted worship schedules are listed below. Of course, we encourage everyone to exercise caution and use discretion when traveling.

Below are the adjusted Sunday morning schedules for each campus:

  • Old Hickory Blvd (OHB)
    • Worship will be postponed and begin at 10:30 a.m.
    • Nursery, PreK-K programming, Elementary Message, and Special Needs buddies will be available.
    • Learning Groups will refrain from meeting and instead begin next Sunday, January 19.
    • The OHB Session Lunch Meeting will proceed as planned, immediately following the service.
  • Cool Springs
    • The 8:30 a.m. service is canceled.
    • The 10:30 a.m. service will take place with birth – 3rd grade programming available.
    • CPC101 lunch session will follow the service. Those who haven’t yet registered can sign up at christpres.org/cpc101.
  • Music Row
    • The 8:30 a.m. service is canceled.
    • The 10:30 a.m. service will take place with Nursery and Elementary Message provided.

Thank you for your patience and flexibility as we adjust to the winter weather. At the present, we anticipate all three campuses to have their online livestream available, in case you are physically unable to make it in person to join us for worship. We look forward to worshiping together and celebrating God’s goodness this Sunday!

POSTED: THURSDAY, JANUARY 9, 2025 AT 3:45 P.M.

In addition to the Church Building being closed on Friday, Jan. 10, all events scheduled for Saturday, Jan. 11 have also been canceled due to a winter snow storm warning and anticipated hazardous driving conditions.

Special Saturday is canceled, and the next monthly event will take place on Feb. 8.

City Serve Day for Kids/Students and families will be rescheduled and combined with the churchwide Chili Cook-off Kickoff on Wednesday, Jan. 15 at 5:30 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall. Everyone is encouraged to RSVP and join us for plenty of warm chili, grilled cheese sandwiches for kids, fellowship and encouragement, and an opportunity to help us fill 500 five-gallon buckets with hurricane-recovery supplies in coordination with Mission to North America (MNA) Disaster Relief. Childcare will be provided for children ages three (3) and under. Learn more at christpres.org/chili.

Safety continues to be one of our top priorities and we are grateful for the efforts already being made to salt parking lots and sidewalks in preparation for Sunday morning worship and events. Please be reminded that any news/updates regarding weather will be available here on our website at christpres.org/news.
