Gigi Sanders

Gigi joined the staff of Christ Presbyterian Church in August 2005 but has been a member of the church since 1983. She and her husband, Carl, have five children and two children-in-law, and she also holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University. Gigi’s favorite part of her role is that she loves being a part of helping people of all abilities belong and have a home at Christ Presbyterian Church. She loves equipping, encouraging, and empowering volunteers as they love in such big and great ways, as their lives are changed as they serve with friends with special needs. Her favorite verse is Ephesians 3:16-21 (ESV):

“I pray that he may grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with power through his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith—that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may have strength to comprehend with all the saints the breadth and length and height and depth, and to know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled with all the fullness of God. Now to him who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or imagine, according to the power at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus forever and ever. Amen.”
