All men are invited to join us for an overnight hike happening November 21-22.  It’s our sixth annual men’s hike in the Savage Gulf Wilderness area. This 16-mile round trip trek is a moderate to strenuous hike along a ridgeline overlooking the Savage Gulf in the South Cumberland Wilderness of southern Tennessee. DESCRIPTION:Join us for Lessons & Carols services at 4:30 and 7 p.m. on Christmas Eve! \n“Lessons and Carols” is a traditional service celebrated by churches throughout time and across the globe. It began in the late 1800s in the Cathedral of Turo in the UK\, and was later performed regularly at Kings College in Cambridge beginning in 1918. There are seven lessons from Scripture\, leading us from Isaiah’s prophecy of the Messiah’s birth to the annunciation to the visit of the magi. Carols are sung by the congregation in response to each lesson. \nNursery for ages 2 and under will be available.
