We're 500 people—about 150 families—meeting in a space built for fewer. Kids learn at folding tables. Youth squeeze into one classroom. Staff work from corners and closets. It's not tragic. We're making it work. But we can do better.

An expanded lobby: a larger, more welcoming space to gather, connect, and linger together.

A dedicated care room: a comfortable, outfitted space to serve families and those needing special support.

A new Youth worship and meeting space: designed for students to grow in faith and community.

A new Kids’ worship and meeting room: a vibrant place for children to experience God’s Word together.

Five new kids’ classrooms: providing room for growing families and intentional learning environments.

A unique kids’ check-in center: designed for ease, safety, and a warm welcome.

A fully furnished kitchen: equipped to host discipleship gatherings, meals, and hospitality events.

Upgraded older classrooms: retrofitted into permanent learning spaces for all adults.

Staff offices: designed to better support our ministry team and daily church life.

That amount combined with the Tenant Improvement Allowance of $180,000 will together cover the costs of the permitting, architectural renderings and schematics, construction materials and labor, and furnishings and finishings for the space.
Construction is underway and so the real costs of the construction are being incurred at this moment.
Our church has been blessed with many resources making it possible for us to move forward with/and complete this project even if we were to fall short of covering all the expenses from within the Cool Springs congregation.
