SUMMARY:The Unchanging God Has Spoken - Westminster Conference
DESCRIPTION:How does one think rightly about God?  What is he like? What are his characteristics? Thankfully\, when it comes to all these complex and deep questions\, God speaks for himself.  Join us as we hear from over half of the Westminster faculty engage these heavily debated topics. They will point us back to the source of answering doctrine of God questions with precision and accuracy; God’s own word. \n“The Unchanging God Has Spoken” from Westminster Theological Seminary is being hosted at Christ Presbyterian’s Old Hickory Blvd campus\, with Interim Senior Pastor David Filson as one of the speakers. During this conference\, attendees will dive into the theology of who God is and how we should view him over the course of two days\, with lectures from various speakers. It is to him and about him that we sing! Singing has such a unique way of bringing your heart\, soul\, mind\, and strength together to focus entirely and completely on God. Helping lead this special night of musical worship will be church member\, Gordon Mote. Gordon\, a long-time member of our congregation\, is a three-time Academy of Country Music award winner for his piano and keyboard skills. Known for his remarkable talent and deep faith\, Gordon’s music is a powerful testimony to God’s faithfulness and goodness.
