SUMMARY:Churchwide Tailgate & Turkey Bowl 2023
DESCRIPTION:Join us for our annual Churchwide Tailgate and Turkey Bowl! We’ll have a time of food and fellowship after the second worship service from 12:30 p.m. until we run out of food. The entire church is invited to potluck-style tailgate on the Breezeway with BBQ and burgers provided. Once you’ve registered below\, families with last names A-N are encouraged to bring a side dish and last names O-Z are encouraged to bring a dessert. \nTurkey Bowl MMXXIII will be held on the CPA Soccer Field with games beginning around 1 p.m. and ending by 3:30. Everyone from 4th Grade to 12th grade\, college\, young adults\, and anyone else willing to play\, is invited to join a team for this flag football tournament! Teams will be mixed ages with a focus on fun and safety. We are to seek the peace of our city (Jeremiah 29.7). Stan Weber\, from Operation Andrew and Laura Varela\, Director of United4Hope\, will be addressing how Christ Presbyterian Church can meet the needs of the next generation. He’ll also cover how over 100 congregations are serving our public schools in Nashville and Franklin Special School District.
