All-Campus Worship + Congregational Meeting

All three campuses will be worshiping together in the OHB Sanctuary! Worship begins at 9 a.m., followed immediately by a Congregational Meeting to hear about exciting ways the Lord is working and members will vote on various items.

Important Sunday Schedule Changes

• Music Row: No worship service will be held at the Scarritt Bennett Center; all invited to attend at OHB at 9 a.m.
• Cool Springs: No worship services will be held at the Cool Springs campus; all invited to attend at OHB at 9 a.m.
• OHB: Regular morning service time at 9 a.m., but no Sunday School Groups afterward.

Kids & Special Needs Programming

• Kids programming will occur during the 9 a.m. Worship Service – Nursery, PreK/K, and Elementary Message (1st-2nd grade)
• Nursery & PreK/K will be available during the Congregational Meeting 
• Special Needs Buddies will be available in the Window Room during 9 a.m. worship for regularly-scheduled families. For the Congregational Meeting, Buddies will be available with prior registration here.
• Music Row and Cool Springs families: Please go to the Welcome Center in the Sanctuary Lobby to check-in your child(ren). A Kids Ministry hospitality teammate will be there to help guide you to your classroom(s) or answer any questions you may have.

Immediately following the service (Appx. 10:30 a.m.), we’ll transition to a Congregational Meeting where the primary agenda item will be to vote on new officers and acknowledge the incoming class of deaconesses. Bios for leadership candidates are currently available.  As a reminder, all are welcome to attend the meeting, but only Communing Members of Christ Pres may participate in any voting. We will be voting on new elders, deacons, and acknowledging the deaconesses who have undergone a year-long training process. All candidates presented on the ballot have completed this training and have been examined by a leadership committee comprising elders, deacons, deaconesses, and staff representatives.
