All-Campus Worship + Congregational Meeting

All three campuses will be worshipping together for the first time here in the OHB Sanctuary! Worship begins at 10 a.m., followed by a Congregational Meeting to hear about exciting ways the Lord is working and members will vote on various items.

Important Schedule Changes

• Music Row: No worship service will be held at the Scarritt Bennett Center
• Cool Springs: Only the 8:30 a.m. worship service will be held
• OHB: Regular morning services replaced by the all-campus service and no Learning Group

Kids Programming

• Kids programming will occur during the 10 a.m. Worship Service (Nursery, PreK/K, and Elementary Message (1st-2nd grade))
• ONLY Nursery will be available during the Congregational Meeting
• Special Needs Buddies will be available in the Window Room during worship. For the meeting, Buddies will be available with prior registration here.
• Music Row and Cool Springs families: Please go to the Welcome Center in the Sanctuary Lobby to check-in your child(ren). A Kids Ministry hospitality teammate will be there to help guide you to your classroom(s) or answer any questions you may have. 

If you have questions or need assistance, please visit the Welcome Center circle desk in the Lobby.

Congregational Meeting

Immediately following worship (approximately 5 minutes after the service ends), we’ll begin our Congregational Meeting. An agenda of topics is included below:

• Brief report from Interim Senior Pastor
• Receive our latest churchwide financial update
• Hear from Senior Pastor Search Committee Chair, Warren Asmus, as he presents a monthly status update on the search process
• Enjoy celebratory reports on how the Lord is at work from each campus (OHB, Cool Springs, and Music Row)
• Participate in an important vote on the purchase of property near Music Row

As we gather together as one church family, we look forward to celebrating God’s faithfulness and seeking His guidance for our future. Your presence and participation matter deeply as we discern his will together. As a reminder, all are welcome to attend the meeting, but only Communing Members of Christ Pres may participate in any voting.

Please be advised: The Scripture Hymnal Concert, originally schedule for the afternoon of May 4 has been postponed, and will be rescheduled to a yet-to-be-determined date this fall.
