DESCRIPTION:Join us for a night of BBQ dinner and praise as we launch our Fall Wednesday Night Programming for all ages! This event is family friendly and nursery will not be provided. DESCRIPTION:CPC101 for Old Hickory Blvd is an informative and interactive 10-week session (during the Sunday School hour\, 10:30-11:20 a.m.\, September 7 through November 9\, 2025) that walks you through our church mission/vision/values\, the Presbyterian faith\, and is the first step in our membership process. Our facilitators lead adults through lessons supported by our CPC101 workbook\, which you’ll receive a copy of upon arrival. Membership is not required once you complete CPC101\, but for those wishing to become members\, participation in CPC101 is a prerequisite. Information on our membership process and baptism can be found here. \nThis session will have 8 weeks of content\, with 2 weeks available to schedule and experience an elder interview for those wishing to become members. \nRegister here.

Yes! \n  \nJoin us this fall as we examine a handful of the prayers in the Bible to discover this foundational truth: the Lord uses prayer to shape us into the holy\, righteous image of Christ. And\, because we receive Christ’s righteousness\, we can be assured that “The prayer of a righteous person has great power as it is working” (James 5:16b). \n  \nOur study is designed so that all participants receive a study guide\, weekly teaching\, and time to connect through discussion and prayer. DESCRIPTION:Kids in grades K-5 are welcome to join the Kids Choir! Registration is requested. No prior music training is required – just bring a heart to sing. Rehearsals are every Wednesday 6:30-7:30pm in the Gathering room. We’ll learn music to share in worship this Fall\, as well as get a jump start on learning music for our Spring musical. A typical rehearsal includes games\, ear training\, learning to read music\, lots of laughs\, and making connections with one another\, and with our Savior through music! Volunteers are needed! Join us Sunday mornings during the Sunday School hour\, from 10:30-11:30 a.m. in Room #113 in CPA Veritas Hall. \nThis time of support and prayer is geared toward families of children with varying needs\, including moms\, dads\, and caregivers. If your son/daughter or family member doesn’t usually attend our Learning Group for Children with Special Needs and will need a buddy\, please reach out to us at specialneeds@christpres.org so we can try to best meet your needs. Coffee can be found in the church lobby\, and we will have light snacks for your enjoyment!
