DESCRIPTION:Join us for Lessons & Carols services at 4:30 and 7 p.m. on Christmas Eve! \n“Lessons and Carols” is a traditional service celebrated by churches throughout time and across the globe. It began in the late 1800s in the Cathedral of Turo in the UK\, and was later performed regularly at Kings College in Cambridge beginning in 1918. There are seven lessons from Scripture\, leading us from Isaiah’s prophecy of the Messiah’s birth to the annunciation to the visit of the magi. Carols are sung by the congregation in response to each lesson. \nNursery for ages 2 and under will be available.

DESCRIPTION:We are having a simple and fun Nativity Play! For Kindergarten through 3rd grade\, performing on Sunday\, December 14th at the 8:30 am and 10:30 am services. \nRehearsals will be November 30th and December 7th in between services from 9:45-10:15 a.m. \nPreschoolers are welcome to bring an animal costume and join in the play too — no rehearsals necessary.
